With New Years' Eve tomorrow and holiday parties hopefully behind us, it's always a treat to see all the swag you've collected from gift bags. Giving guests a little something as a thanks for making time in their schedules, especially during busy times like the holidays, isn't a mandatory thing but it's a nice way to show your appreciation. When I host dinners or themed parties like a Oscar party, I like to put a little bag together for my guests, usually with plenty of edible goodies. It's not much but something for them to take home and enjoy later as a thanks for coming. Pinterest is full of ideas for swag bags, especially DIY ideas, but sometimes you just want a simple gift that doesn't take extra prep work. Kind of like these great ideas!

Caramels from McCrea's Candies
McCrea's award-winning caramels are handmade in small batches with premium, all natural ingredients. They use locally sourced cream, milk and butter and insist on environmentally-friendly packaging for a product that's good to your tastebuds and to the world at large. The slow cooked, handcrafted caramels are all natural and pure, the way caramel was originally made. No corn syrup. No compromise.
Buy candies in pillow boxes (5 pieces), 2.4 ounce sleeves (9 pieces), 5.5 ounce sleeves (17-19 pieces), a Party Box (80 pieces) or Gift Box (3x 5.5 ounce sleeves). They have all kinds of flavors from Classic Vanilla to Black Lava Sea Salt, Deep Chocolate to Ginger Fusion. It's an adventure for tastebuds. The pillow boxes are fantastic to include in small gift bags if you have a lot of guests and need to stay budget-friendly. The sleeves are fantastic if you want to give guests just one larger gift or have a smaller-sized party.
Craft Beer Pretzel Mix from Boardwalk Food Company
One of my favorite DIY gifts to receive are those muffin or cookie-in-a-jar type things. When someone fills a mason jar with all of the dry ingredients for a baked goodie and all you need to do is dump it into a bowl and add the liquid. Measurements aren't really my thing so a great shortcut for something similar would be these tasty mixes from Boardwalk Food Company.
Boardwalk Food Company produces foods that are as fun to prepare, as they are to eat and share. Appetizers and snacks from Boardwalk Food Company are inspired by the excitement, laughter and great food that are found on the boardwalk. Boardwalk Food Company brings the same great feeling to its Beer Bread. Simple to make, but special enough to share with family and friends...the perfect food for making memories! Share a box of one of the tasty and simple beer bread pretzel mixes with guests so they continue the party at home. These also make great snacks while you're greeting guests and everyone is mingling. The Cinnamon Sugar are out of this world.
These are just two ideas guesst are sure to love. Don't believe me? Then try them for yourself! I'll be giving away a sample swag bag to one lucky winner!
