Still, I truly love joining others in trends that flow all throughout the year. Today I am sharing some stand out products that I discovered during summer from Stila. Stila Lush Lips Water Plumping Primer • $21
o you have lines on your lips that wearing lipstick accentuates or even feel liquid lipsticks suck all the moisture out of your lips? Either of these can be helped with adding this lip primer into your regimen. Do I feel it makes my lips look plum, well in a way yes. I think the appearance of lines smoothing out does make your lips look very luscious. What I truly use this for is a base for all my liquid lipsticks. This primer helps create a moisture barrier on your lips to keep long wearing lipsticks from overly drying them out. This product truly stands out on the market and I don't know of any company that has anything that comes close to this. If you are a liquid lipstick wearer then this is worth a try!
Stila Magnificent Metals Foil Finish Eye Shadow • $32
Love the foiled look when it comes to lid colors? Well if so then this product is one to try. It is very different that the average shadow., However, when you get the hang of it then you can see how amazing this product is for creating stunning looks. I love having wet looking eye shadow especially during summer, and this has helped me create this effect. These are not new on the market, but it did take a while for me to try it.
Stila 'kitten' Allover Shimmer Powder • $22
Glow. That is one four letter word that describes this product. Yes it does have the same name as the eye shadow, but what I find it is a different formula that makes the kitten shade more wearable. Let's face it, the Stila eye shadow in Kitten is way too "BAM" to wear as a face highlight. Instead this gives the perfect glow that you can put anywhere from your cheekbones to your shoulders. When you need a really pretty glow this one is a perfect one to wear!
Stila Aqua Glow Perfecting Bronzer • $32
Honestly this product is one I was not sure would work on me. I am not one that wants to look like an orange oompa loompa. However, I was pleasantly surprised with this one. I have a hard time during the summer with keeping my foundation to matching and yet I don't want to have such matte skin that it looks unnatural. I personally have an issue with getting my neck to match my chest and my face to match it both. This product makes it so easy to blend everything together and adds the most pretty bronze glow to the skin!
Stila MIND Eye Shadow Palette • $49
Looking for a stand alone eye palette? This one is the perfect palette to use when you are in a hurry. Creating pretty eye looks with this one is simply easy and quick, which during the summer is what I aim to do.
Stila Stay All Day Bronzer For Face & Body • $36
Powder bronzers are not that easy to find considering every bronzer will not work on every skin tone. What I love about this one the most is that it is so neutral that most can use it. I love this one particularly for my "running out the door" days because I can quickly throw this on and I am ready to go! I mix in a few pumps into my foundation or simply blend it on a big powder brush down my neck.
Stila Aqua Glow Perfecting Primer • $28
If your skin is needing major hydration or even feel your foundation dries out your skin too much? Then this is for you! I find that under my most matte foundations, pairing this primer with it causes the overall look to be more natural looking. I love the cooling sensation that comes from this product. I highly recommend this for those with normal to dry skin.
Stila 'stay All Day' Liquid Lipstick • $24
Want a pretty pop of color that will stay on your lips for hours? This is a great brand to buy liquid lipsticks from! I think the quality of these is supreme! To start as mentioned above I apply the primer then top it with this product! I can't tell you how many compliments I get on my lips when I wear these! They look so amazing and vivid on the lips! If you are a liquid lipstick person then try this line for sure!
Stila 'stay All Day' Waterproof Liquid Eyeliner • $22
These are raved about tons by fellow beauty enthusiasts! This product is super pigmented it is and how easy it is to use. What I love most about this liner is the precise line that you can create, which makes creating a winged liner so much easier! Looking for a new liquid liner, then check this one out!
Stila Shape & Shade Custom Contour Duo • $40
Looking for the contoured look? Cream products are so much easier to work with and in my opinion create the most natural looking contour. I find I can carve out the contours on my face and able to easily blend them out. I love using this on clients due to how precise I can get using cream versus powder.
